Alan and Shelley Brackenridge welcome you to La Cour Carp Fishing.

Alan's lifetime ambition was to run a Carp fishery and his dream started to become a reality in late 2006 when he visited La Cour.

After travelling literally tens of thousands of kilometres across France over the preceding two years, it was literally love at first site at La Cour. His angling passion and experience combined with fishery management training through the acclaimed Sparsholt college in Hampshire have provided a wealth of expertise and knowledge to establish a new fishing experience in the Cher.

The quality of the water, location and facilities all inspired Alan to establish La Cour Fishing and he and Shelley, are looking forward to many successful seasons bringing excellent fishing holidays to anglers from across Europe and beyond.
